This holiday season help us light up Rotary Hospice with love.
Hospice is more than four walls. It's about time spent with family and friends, living life to the fullest by making every moment matter.
The holidays are a time of celebration for many of us as we gather for parties with friends and colleagues, and busily shop for that perfect gift. For those missing a loved one however, it can be an especially nostalgic time. In celebration of our first holiday season at Rotary Hospice, we invite you to sponsor a Light of Love with a donation in memory or in honour of a loved one.
"Hospice is not a sad place. It is peaceful with a dedicated team that care for people at the most vulnerable time of their life. It is full of beauty, compassion and kindness. I am grateful a place like this exists." S. M.
Your donation will ensure the Rotary Hospice is wrapped in lights this holiday season making it look and feel like home, and that our residents and their families are comforted and cared for in the best possible way.
In return for your gift, a tax receipt will be issued upon payment. If you are sponsoring Lights of Love in memory or in honour of someone special, please include their name so that it may be added to our memorial Lights of Love page. We will update the list weekly between now and December 31, 2019.
Donations of $5,000 and more (received by December 31, 2019) will be recognized on the capital campaign donor wall.
Because You Care
We are all touched by death and grief at some point in our lives. The Rotary Hospice Stratford Perth is here to help during these difficult times.
Opened to the public on June 22, 2019, this beautiful new facility is surrounded by the calming presence of nature, located on land behind Greenwood Court in Stratford.
Imagine a compassionate place where all who enter are warmly welcomed and cared for – at no cost. A comfortable place where pain is kept at bay to make space and time for whatever brings you joy. Hospice palliative care is the better ending we all deserve.
Thank you for your gift of comfort and care.
